This 3- MINUTE virgin strawberry margarita mocktail couldn’t be easier to make and it is sure to be a crowd pleaser! Plus, you will love our twist!

Strawberry Mocktail
I made this delicious drink for our galentines party because it is easy to make and is definitely be a crowd pleaser! It takes less than 5 minutes to make and doesn’t have you tied up in the kitchen when you really want to be visiting with your guests.
We served our strawberry basil margarita with strawberry decorated sugar cookies and heart shaped waffles. It was all so cute!
This drink is sweeter than our traditional virgin margarita. It’s also frozen rather than served on the rocks. We didn’t add the non-alcoholic tequila either but you certainly can if you want more of a bite!
What you need:
- Strawberries
- Frozen limeade
- Fresh basil (optional)
- Salt
- Ice
You can also add some of our strawberry simple syrup if you want them sweeter and more “strawberryeyyyy”.

How to make it
Simply place everything into the blender and blend well…that’s it! See what I mean about easy? It couldn’t be more simple.
Feel free to try another herb if you’d like in place of the basil. Mint and rosemary also work great just keep the amount you add to just a bit.
Or if you prefer, simply remove the herbs entirely. However, they are our twist that make this virgin strawberry margarita EXTRA special!
Sugar Rim
If you’d like to rim the glasses, like we do with our candy cane mocktail, just follow these instructions:
- While your glasses are empty, rim them by taking the wedge of lime and running the flesh over the top and a bit of the sides of the rim
- Dip lime juice rims in red sugar
Can you add in more flavors?
Like we do in our our blue lagoon mocktail or non-alcoholic white Russian mocktail, you can add extra flavors with the addition of any of our simple syrups. And you know what? They are super SIMPLE to make!
- Raspberry Simple Syrup
- Lavender Simple Syrup
- Rose Simple Syrup
- Blueberry Simple Syrup
- Blackberry Simple Syrup
- Peach Simple Syrup
- Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
- Orange Simple Syrup
- Rosemary Simple Syrup
- Jalapeno Simple Syrup

Fruit mocktails
I love creating mocktails with fruit because they are naturally sweet and taste very fresh. Some of my favorites are also easy to make. Here are a few…
- Mimosa Mocktail
- Non-Alcoholic Pina Colada
- Grapefruit Mocktail
- Cranberry mocktail
- Blackberry lemonade
- Lavender lemonade
- and this cucumber lime mocktail we featured at our succulent baby shower

What are some other delicious mocktails I can make?
We have a whole post dedicated to Christmas Mocktails because we love them so much! Our gingerbread martini mocktail and this non-alcoholic prosecco drink are two of my favorites though. It is definitely sweet but everyone, including the kids will love it.
We also have some Halloween mocktails, Thanksgiving mocktails and Valentines mocktails too and none of them have alcohol, so they are all very family friendly!
Our smoking Halloween drinks non-alcoholic and the BEST Thanksgiving drinks non-alcoholic are two other mocktails with WOW! They will certainly get your guests talking.
